Sampling at Danish food fairs for Hälsans Kök

Hälsans kök is one of the leading vegetarian brands in the Nordics. They participate in several fairs and food festivals every year with their amazing vegetarian and vegan products.

At Hälsans Kök they try to inspire everyone to try vegetarian food. Therefore they are constantly developing new and surprisingly good vegetarian products. The ambition for Hälsans Kök is to revolutionize the vegetarian category by creating exciting and uncompromising flavors.

Retail24 was chosen as a partner to be responsible of the project management and execution of the sampling at four food fairs in Denmark. The event areas were located in Århus and Copenhagen.

This project was including everything from planning, training of staff, design and production of POS Materials and execution of the sampling.

As a result we managed to cook and serve over 50.000 tasty samples throughout the four fairs.
