Starbucks finally at Home!

Starbucks® and Nestlé formally entered a partnership in August 2018. This was the start of “Starbucks at Home”. This agreement gave Nestlé the rights to sell Starbucks’ coffee and tea products in retail and food service globally.

This resulted in a Tender process in mid-2019 where Nestlé and Starbucks® needed a supplier to secure premium quality POSM with maximum exposure in grocery stores in all Nordic countries.

Retail24 attended this Tender, and in Q4 2019 we were chosen as the Nordic supplier of permanent in-store POSM for Starbucks®. One of the key selling points for Starbucks® and Nestlé was that we could offer an A-Z solution including the whole value chain from designs, measuring, prototypes, production, warehousing and implementation in store.

After months working in different projects together we finally got to the finish line. Starbucks® was very satisfied with the results of the look and feel of the in-store POSM, and we made more than 50 different customized solutions and 5.000 units produced in the Nordic countries.

We installed premium quality POSM in over 600 stores throughout the Nordic, and we contributed to make “Starbucks at home” become a success!

Installation
One of the key selling points for Starbucks® and Nestlé was that Retail24 could provide installation for all POSM in the Nordics. We have the whole value chain from brainstorming to implementing the materials.
